Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Jesse-BnB, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Platform Description
Jesse-BnB is a vacation rental platform connecting property hosts with guests. We facilitate the listing, discovery, and booking of short-term rental properties. We are not a party to rental agreements between hosts and guests.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Host accounts require approval by the platform administrator.
Bookings & Payments
Guests pay at the time of booking. Payments are processed by Stripe. Hosts receive payouts directly to their connected Stripe account. The platform may charge a service fee as a percentage of each booking, as configured by the platform administrator.
Cancellations
Cancellation policies are set by individual hosts (flexible, moderate, or strict). If a host declines a booking, a full refund is issued automatically. Refunds are processed through Stripe and may take 5-10 business days to appear.
Host Responsibilities
Hosts are responsible for the accuracy of their property listings, maintaining their properties in safe and habitable condition, complying with local laws and regulations regarding short-term rentals, and honoring confirmed bookings.
Guest Responsibilities
Guests agree to treat rental properties with respect, follow house rules set by the host, not exceed the maximum number of guests listed, and report any damage or issues promptly.
Limitation of Liability
Jesse-BnB provides a platform for connecting hosts and guests. We are not responsible for the condition of properties, the behavior of users, or any disputes between hosts and guests. Our liability is limited to the fees we collect.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
